摘要 [目的]为了筛选有效防治百日草细菌性叶斑病的药剂。[方法]采用抑菌圈法进行了室内药剂筛选,在此基础上比较了不同药剂、不同质量浓度及不同处理时间对种子萌发、出苗率、发病率、消毒效果及防治效果的影响。[结果]多抗霉素和四霉素室内抑菌效果最好,在300 mg/L时,平均抑菌圈直径大于30 mm,其次是甲醛溶液、过氧乙酸溶液(甲溶液)和30%过氧化氢溶液。结合出苗率、发病率、成苗率和防治效果,多抗霉素(科生)200~300 mg/L处理30~40 min种子消毒效果较好,防治效果达到了100%。[结论]筛选出了5%多抗霉素可以用于种子处理防治百日草细菌叶斑病,研究结果为有针对性的和有效防治该病害提供了科学依据。 [Aims] In order to screen seed treatment bactericides for the effective control of the disease.[Methods] The bactericides and chemical agents were screened by inhibition zone method in vitro, zinnia seeds artificially inoculated with Xanthononas campestris pv. zinniae were treated with bactericides and the effects of different bactericides with different concentration and time on seed germination, seedling emergence, incidence of disease, disinfection effect of seed and control effect of the disease were evaluated.[Results] Polyoxin and tetramycin have the best inhibition effects on the growth of X. campestris pv. zinniae at all tested concentrations and diameters of inhibition zone were over 30 mm at high concentration of 300 mg/L, followed by formaldehyde solution, peroxycetic acid solution and hydrogen peroxide solution. Combined with seedling emergence rate, incidence, seedling rate and control effect, the treatment of seeds treated with polyoxin at 200-300 mg/L for 30-40 min and hydrogen peroxide 0.45% solution for 45 min was better and the control effects reached 100%.[Conclusions] Polyoxin was screened to be used in seed treatment for the prevention and treatment of zinnia bacterial leaf spot. The results provided a scientific basis for targeted and effective prevention and treatment of the disease.
