电解洗槽水回收利用改造

摘要 针对部分氯碱厂的洗槽水无序排放、无序回收的现状,提出将电解开停车或膜湿润时的洗槽水集中回收利用的改造方案。方案实施后可以节省洗槽操作时间,合理分类使用洗槽水,精细化控制化盐水pH值。改造后,电解槽置换时间可以缩短8h以上,减轻了停车时工人的工作量,同时避免了洗槽水溢水造成环保风险。 In view of the current situation that the electrolyzers -washi ng water was disorderly dischargeed or recycled at some chlor - alkali plants, a transformation scheme was put forward to centrally collecting and recycling the water when the electrolysis started up and shut down and the water for wetting the membrane. After the implementation of the scheme, the operation time of washing electrolyzers could be saved, the washing water could be rationally classified and used, and the pH value of the salt-dissolving water could be finely controlled. The replacement time of electrolyzers shortened by more than 8 hours, the workload of workers during eletrolyzers shutdown reduced, and the environmental risk caused by overflow of washing tank water could be avoided.
