摘要
蒽醌法双氧水工艺在实际生产中存在易燃、易爆、工作液泄漏等安全隐患,运行风险较大。在原双氧水生产工艺自动控制的基础上,增加了一套具有预警、一键停车、自判断异常紧急停车功能的后台保护系统。
Potential safety hazards, such as flammability, explosion and leakage of working fluid, existed in the actual production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method. The operation risk was high. On the basis of the original automatic control of hydrogen peroxide production process, a background protection system with functions of early warning, one-button shutdown and self-judging abnormal emergency shutdown was added.
