摘要
目的研究紫萁贯众(Osmundae Rhizoma)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶层析柱色谱、AB-8大孔吸附树脂色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(ODS)柱色谱和制备HPLC等色谱分离方法对紫萁贯众乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位进行化学成分分离,通过理化性质及波谱数据分析,鉴定化合物结构。结果从紫萁贯众乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为:2β,16β,17,18-四羟基-对映贝壳杉烷-19-羧酸(1)、suavioside E(2)和inoscavin A(3)。结论化合物1为新化合物,化合物2,3为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Osmundae Rhizoma.Methods Three compounds were isolated and purified by chromategraphy on silica gel,AB-8 macroporous resin,Sephadex LH-20,ODS(octa decyl silane)and preparative HPLC.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.Results Three compounds were isolated from Osmundae Rhizoma.Their structures were identified as 2β,16β,17,18-tetrahydroxy-ent-kauran-19-oic acid(1),suavioside E(2)and inoscavin A(3).Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound.Compounds 2 and 3 are isolated from the genus Osmunda for the first time.
