摘要
本研究对数字学术工具的使用行为进行探索性分析,以期发现用户的选择偏好,为数字学术服务中工具的管理和推荐提供参考。基于对16652条记录的大样本数据集的重用,本研究采取数据科学的分析范式,从整体上给出数据全貌,多维度揭示数据间关联,发现数据价值。分析结果表明,选择频数是用户行为偏好的重要指标,工具类别、功能和使用时间与用户对学术工具的选择行为有较强关联,开放存取和学术社交类工具逐渐得到用户关注。
In this paper,exploratory analysis was conducted on the user behavior of digital academic tools,in order to identify users' preferences.A few suggestions were put forward for digital academic services.Based on 16652 records,it adopted the data science analysis paradigm to give the overall view of the data sets.The correlations among dimensions of data were explored,and data values were discovered through analysis.Selection frequency is an important indicator of users' preferences.There are correlations between users' choices and tools' categories,functions and service time.Open access and social academic tools have gradually gained attention of users.
