图书馆阅读联盟运行环境的研究与实现——以三明公共图书馆“家·阅读”服务联盟为例

On the Operation Environment of Library Reading Union Service Mode: The Case Study of Sanming Library Home · Reading Service Union

公共图书馆是推动全民阅读的主体,民间阅读组织与个人是提升全民阅读水平的重要组成部分。文章介绍了三明公共图书馆“家·阅读”服务联盟的形成与发展,从社会环境、组织环境和服务环境三个方面分析联盟的运行环境,为我国建立以地市级公共图书馆为中心、以县(市)区级公共图书馆为地域中心、社会各界共同参与的全民阅读推广服务体系提供参考与借鉴。

Public libraries are main bodies for promoting national reading,while nongovernmental reading organizations and individuals are important actors to raise national reading level.The paper introduces the formation and development,institution architecture as well as the service effect of Sanming Public Library's "home - reading" service union,and analyzes the operation environment of the union,providing reference for building national reading promotion service systems that are based on city public libraries as center,district libraries as local centers,and the whole society joining in the efforts together.
