摘要
首先对电传动拖拉机异步发电控制技术的必要性进行了分析,然后对拖拉机电传动系统进行了主电路结构和主要电气参数设计,进而开发了由启动预励磁、电机标定频率以下的矢量控制以及以上的标量控制组成的异步发电控制策略。为了验证设计的合理性,对该电传动系统进行了装车试验。试验结果表明,所开发的异步发电技术,可以实现柴油机和电动机之间能量快速传递的功能,同时具有优异的静态、动态性能,满足拖拉机运行的稳定性和可靠性要求。
Firstly, the necessity of asynchronous power generation control technology for electric drive tractor was analyzed. After that, the main circuit structure and main electrical parameters of the tractor electric drive system were designed. Furthermore, an asynchronous power generation control strategy consisting of starting pre-excitation, vector control below the rated frequency of the motor, and the above scalar control was developed. In order to verify the rationality of the design, the electric drive system was installed in the tractor and tested. The test results show that the asynchronous power generation technology developed in this paper can realize the fast energy transfer between the diesel engine and the motor, have a excellent static and dynamic performance, and meet the stability and reliability requirements of tractor operation.
