摘要
动臂是液压挖掘机执行装置中的关键部件,针对当前挖掘机设计过程中存在的问题,采用三维建模软件Creo3.0创建挖掘机动臂三维模型,使用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对液压挖掘机动臂进行静力学分析和模态分析,获得动臂的应力分布、固有频率和模态振型;对动臂结构中的薄弱位置,在ANSYS Workbench软件中进行分析及结构优化;根据优化结果改进动臂结构,并对优化后的动臂进行强度校核。分析结果表明,改进后的液压挖掘机动臂结构正确并有效。
Mobile arm is a key part in hydraulic excavator execution device. Aiming at the current problems existing in the design process of excavator, the Creo is used in creating the three-dimensional model of mobile arm on hydraulic excavator. The statics analysis and modal analysis of mobile arm are carried out by a finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The stress distribution, inherent frequency and modal shape of mobile arm are obtained, and its weak position is found out, and then the optimization design of mobile arm is carried out in ANSYS Workbench. According to the optimization results, the mobile arm structure is improved, then its intensity is checked. The analysis results show that the improved structure is correctness and effectiveness.
