摘要
草鱼出血病给草鱼养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失,其主要病毒性病原是草鱼呼肠孤病毒。文章首先从病毒基因组及其编码蛋白的功能和病毒的细胞培养特性方面总结了草鱼呼肠孤病毒的生物学特征;然后介绍了呼肠孤病毒的生活周期和致病机理;最后概述了草鱼的干扰素抗病毒免疫的最新进展,从草鱼呼肠孤病毒和宿主的抗病毒免疫两个方面来阐述草鱼出血病的发病机理,以期为研究和防控草鱼呼肠孤病毒病提供相关参考。
Grass carp hemorrhage has caused huge economic losses to the Grass carp culture industry. The main viral pathogen is Grass carp reovirus. Firstly,the biological characteristics of Grass carp reovirus were summarized from the aspect of function of viral genome and its encoded protein,and the cell culture characteristics of virus. Then the life cycle and pathogenic mechanism of reovirus were introduced. Finally,the latest advances in interferon antiviral immunity of Grass carp were summarized. The pathogenesis of Grass carp hemorrhage is described from the aspects of Grass carp reovirus and host antiviral immunity,in order to provide relevant reference for studying and preventing Grass carp reovirus disease.
