摘要
目的分析支气管哮喘(哮喘)急性发作时血清可溶性人基质裂解素2(sST2)水平及其临床意义。方法选取2016年5月至2018年4月崖州区崖城卫生院收治的76例哮喘急性发作患者纳入研究组,另选取60例同期在崖州区崖城卫生院体检的健康居民纳入对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法分别检测2组患者血清sST2水平,及相关炎性因子(IL-6和IL-10)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平,分析2组各项血液指标检测结果,分析血清sST2水平与患者病情严重程度的关系。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者血清sST2、IL-6及IgE水平显著升高,而血清IL-10显著降低,且差异均有统计学意义(PV0.05);血清sST2及IL-6水平随哮喘急性发作期患者病情加重而逐渐升高,而血清IL-10水平随哮喘急性发作期患者病情加重而逐渐降低,重度哮喘组患者血清sST2、IL-6及IL-10水平与轻度哮喘组和中度哮喘组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);由Pearson相关性分析结果可知,sST2与IL-6、IgE均呈正相关(P<0.05),而与IL-10呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论sST2在哮喘急性发作患者血清中呈高表达,且其表达水平与患者病情严重程度存在一定相关性,推测其或将成为临床哮喘的一个评价指标。
Objective To analyze serum soluble suppression of tumorigenicity 2(sST2)levels and their clinical significance in the acute attack of bronchial asthma(asthma).Methods Selected 76 patients with acute exacerbation of asthma in Yazhou District Yacheng Health Center from May 2016 to April 2018 were included in the study group.In add让ion,60 healthy residents who were examined in Yazhou District Yacheng Health Center during the same period were included in the control group.Serum sST2,related inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6)and IL-10]and immunoglobulin E(IgE)levels were measured in two groups by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Two sets of blood test results were analyzed to analyze the relationship between serum sST2 levels and the sever让y of the patient's condition.Results Compared with the control group,serum sST2,IL-6 and IgE levels in the observation group were significantly increased,while serum IL-10 was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P V0.05).The levels of serum sST2 and IL-6 levels gradually increased with the severity of asthma in acute exacerbation,and serum IL-10 levels gradually decreased with the severity of asthma in patients with acute exacerbation.The serum sST2,IL-6 and IL-10 levels in patients w让h severe asthma were significantly different from those in mild asthma and moderate asthma groups(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum sST2 levels was positively correlated with IL-6 and IgE(P<0.05),but negatively correlated with IL-10(P<0.05).Conclusions Soluble human matrix lysin 2 is highly expressed in the serum of patients with acute asthma attack,and its expression level is related to the severity of the disease.It is speculated that it may become an evaluation index of clinical asthma.
