增材新概念结构无损检测技术发展现状及趋势研究 被引量:8

摘要 增材制造在近年来取得了长足的发展使其大规模应用在工业领域成为可能,对相关制品的无损检测则越来越受到各方面的重视。本文简要论述了金属增材结构目前的应用情况和主要的缺陷特征,适用于增材结构的主要无损检测方法及其特点,检测难点和研究进展,及无损检测标准方面的现状。并据此提出相关的研究方向建议。 In recent years,the possibility of large-scale application in industry has come true due to the development of additive manufacture,and the nondestructive testing of relevant products has been taken seriously.This paper briefly discussed the current application situation and the main defect characteristics in metal structure of additive manufacture,the main nondestructive testing methods which is suitable for the metal structure and its characteristics,test difficulty and research progress and the present status of nondestructive testing standards.And provide relevant suggestions based on the research direction.
