新型变压法真空干燥技术在变压器处理中的应用

Application of a New Type of Pressure Alternating Vacuum Drying Technology for Transformer Treatment

针对变压法真空干燥设备在处理变压器器身过程中绝缘材料含水的物理现象和水分排出的物理过程,进行科学的分析和研究,并逐渐完善干燥设备的系统原理和干燥处理工艺过程。因此一种区别于传统变压法工艺技术的新型变压法真空干燥技术应运而生,并得到了广泛应用。本文系统介绍该新型变压法真空干燥技术。

In view of the physical phenomena of water content in insulating materials and the physical process of water discharge in the process of transformer body treatment,scientific analysis and research are carried out,and the system principle and drying process of drying equipment are gradually improved.Therefore,a new pressure-swing vacuum drying technology,which is different from the traditional one,emerges at the historic moment and has been widely used.This paper introduces a new type of vacuum drying technology in detail.
