站城融合的空间规划技术与策略——基于城乡规划学科领域的再思考

Space Planning Technology and Policy for Station-City Integration:Rethinking on the Subject of Urban Planning

随着中国轨道交通的快速发展,站城融合成为轨道交通与城市协同发展的新理念,城市轨道站除了完成自身功能外,也被寄予能够创造出更多社会价值的期望。在此背景下,基于城乡规划学科视角,对站城融合的空间规划技术与策略进行了再思考,剖析了站城融合的概念,论述了其目前在中国面临的挑战,归纳了相关的规划技术,并提出了区域—城市—站点三个层面的站城融合发展策略。

With the rapid development of rail transit in China,station-city integration has become a new concept of coordinated development of rail transit and cities.Besides completing its own functions,traffic processing is also expected to create more social value.In this context,based on the perspective of urban and rural planning discipline,this paper rethinks the space planning technology and strategy of station-city integration,analyses the concept of station-city integration,discusses the challenges it faces in China,summarizes the relevant planning technology,and puts forward the development strategy of station-city integration at three levels of region-city-station.
