摘要
为了践行交通引领城市发展的先进理念,以立体都市巨型建筑为抓手,探讨站城融合的全流程全要素设计方法,通过交通核这一特殊的室内公共空间,将轨道、规划、建筑三个专业融合,并连接交通衔接设施及一站式公共设施等关键要素,最终实现从“交通疏解”走向“站城融合”的规划目标。金融城站综合交通枢纽作为广州十三五首个站城融合示范性项目,从创新行政许可到创新设计报批的全流程管理闭环,为全国热议的TOD话题贡献了广州经验。
Through the transportation core which is a special indoor public space,we mixe together the three specialized subjects which are track design,urban planning and architecture design,and link up the key elements including traffic connecting facilities one-stop public facilities,and ultimately achieves the planning objectives from"traffic dispersion"to"stationcity integration".As the first demonstration project with the theory of station-city integration in 13th Five-Year Plan of Guangzhou,the project of complex of integrated transportation hub of financial city builds the closed loop from innovative administrative license to innovative design approval,contributing Guangzhou's experience to TOD topics which are discussed fiercely in China.
