Integrated Station-City Development Following the Concept of “Three Networks in One”

随着城市轨道线网的完善,站城一体开发成为城市发展的新热点。通过街区尺度和社区尺度的两种开发设计实践,说明在“三网合一”理念下如何开展站城一体开发的规划设计,落实三大开发策略,并以此展现“三网合一”理念将可助推高品质的站城一体开发。

With the improvement of the urban rail network,Integrated station-city development is becoming the hot spot of urban development.Through a practical case in blocks scale and another in neighborhoods scale,this paper explains how to carry out the planning and design of integrated station-city development under the concept of"three networks in one",implement the three development strategies,and shows that the concept can achieve high-quality integrated station-city development.
