外滩历史文化风貌街区新建建筑设计策略探讨——以上海海通大厦项目为例

Discussion on Design Strategy of the New Buildings in the Shanghai Bund Historical and Cultural Blocks:Taking Shanghai Haitong Building Project as an Example

针对城市建设角度而言,历史文化风貌街区内的建筑,除了大部分的保护、修缮、再利用等工作,还有少部分是在历史文化风貌街区范围内进行的新建建筑,上海外滩历史文化风貌街区属于不可再生资源,在街区内进行开发建设应该谨慎而为。通过总结工程实践经验,在解决工程设计过程中困难的同时,探索历史街区中新建建筑的设计策略。

From the perspective of urban construction,for buildings in the historical and cultural blocks,in addition to most of the protection,repair,reuse and other work,a few of them are new building activities.The Shanghai Bund historical and cultural district is a non-renewable resource,and development and construction in the Bund should be cautious.This paper hopes to explore the design strategy of new buildings in historical blocks while solving the problems in engineering design by summarizing the practical experience of the project.
