基于POE的工业遗存改造满意度研究——以合肥金隅南七售楼处体验中心项目为例

Research on Satisfaction of Regeneration of Industrial Heritage Based on POE Method:Case Study of Experience Center of Nanqi Sales Office in Hefei

近年来,由工业遗产或者工业遗存改造再生的现代室内外空间越来越多,对这类再生空间的满意度评价也显得愈发重要。以合肥金隅南七售楼处体验中心为研究对象,将“使用后评价”即POE方法运用到该项目的使用后评价中,将获取的调查数据进行统计,对满意度高的区域进行优点分析,对满意度偏低的区域进行问题剖析,并给出一定建议。

In recent years,more and more modern indoor and outdoor spaces have been rebuilt from industrial heritage or industrial remains.Satisfaction evaluation of such regenerated spaces is becoming more and more important.This paper takes the Experience Center of Nanqi Sales Offices in Hefei as the study object,applies Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)method to the post-occupancy evaluation of the project,makes statistics through the survey data,carries on the advantage analysis to the areas with high satisfaction,carries on the problem analysis to the areas with low satisfaction,and gives some suggestions.
