嗜酸性粒细胞增多症性脑梗死一例及发病机制探讨 被引量：1

摘要 嗜酸性粒细胞增多症(HE)可累及多个器官系统,所致脑梗死发病机制尚不明确。现报道1例嗜酸性粒细胞增多症性脑梗死患者,结合文献复习探讨其可能的发病机制。
