摘要
推进大中小学教材一体化建设是落实立德树人的重要方略。基于立德树人推进教材一体化构建,应秉持正确的价值取向,即教材建设要体现教材目标的整体性,坚持国家意志与人才培养的统一;体现教材内容的系统性,坚持标准体系与教材体系的统一;体现教材组织的逻辑性,坚持学段纵向衔接与学科(专业)横向配合。统筹推进基于立德树人的大中小学教材一体化建设,一要坚持以立德树人为统领,明确教材建设的新方位;二要夯实教材建设的根基,建立贯通性课程标准体系;三要遵循教材建设内在规律,推进学段纵向衔接与学科(专业)横向配合;四要统分结合,统筹推进教材制度创新,从而提升教材建设的质量。
Teaching material, which reflects national will, is the emphasis of curriculum reform in the new era. Promoting the integration of teaching material is an important strategy to implement moral education. The integration of teaching materials based on moral education should uphold the correct value orientation. The construction of teaching materials should embody the integrity of teaching material targets and adhere to the unity of national will and talents cultivation, embody the systematization o亽 the content of the teaching materials and adhere to the unity of standards system and teaching material system, embody the logicality of teaching material organization and adhere to the longitudinal cohesion of studying periods and the transverse coordination of subjects (majors).To overall planning and promoting the integration of teaching materials based on moral education, the first is to adhere to the leadership of moral education and define the new direction of the construction of teaching material;the second is to reinforce the foundation of the construction of teaching materials and establish a coherent system of curriculum standard;the third is to follow the rules of teaching materials and enhance the longitudinal cohesion of studying periods and the transverse coordination of subjects (majors);the fourth is to combine the unified compilation and decentralized compilation and promote the innovation of teaching material system, thus to improve the quality of teaching material construction.
