摘要
丹参饮是中医临床治疗"心腹诸痛"等疾病的常用经典名方,由丹参、砂仁和檀香三味中药组成,具有活血化瘀,行气止痛的功效,主治血瘀气滞,心腹诸痛。丹参饮疗效确切,被历代医家用于心血管系统和胃肠道系统疾病的治疗。丹参饮的现代研究已经有一定积累,包括药效学研究,药理作用机制研究以及物质基础研究等。本文通过查阅现代文献,对丹参饮的药理作用及机制、提取工艺和物质基础等相关研究进行综述,为丹参饮的进一步研究提供支撑。
As a classic prescription for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, Danshen Yin consists of three traditional Chinese medicines, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Amomum villosum L. and sandalwood. It has the effects of Huoxuehuayu, Xingqizhitong on Xueyuqizhi and Xinweizhutong symptoms. Danshen Yin has a certain curative effect and has been widely used in cardiovascular and gastrointestinal diseases. At present, the modern research on Danshen Yin has developed on pharmacodynamic, pharmacological mechanism and material basis. In this paper, we summarized the pharmacological effects, mechanisms, extraction process and material basis of Danshen Yin by reviewing the literatures,to provide the support for further research on Danshen Yin.
