研究装备费用效能分析的方法很多种,选用恰当的方法及方法组合至关重要。在对国内外研究现状进行分析整理的基础上,开展了费用估算方法和建模方法的整理及其对比研究;梳理了效能评估的方法、分类及效能指标的计算与聚合方法;归纳了适合费效分析与决策的方法。指出了这些方法在装备系统分析中的特点和对于工程应用适用性;并通过实例验证运用多种方法组合开展费效分析建模计算的有效性;这些方法本身没有优劣之分,使用时主要看装备的特点和特定需求及约束。

There are many methods to study the cost effectiveness analysis of equipment. It is very important to choose the right method and method combination. On this basis of analyzing and sorting out the research status at home and abroad, the collation and comparative study of cost estimation methods and modeling methods are carried out.The methods and classifications of effectiveness evaluation and calculating and aggregating efficiency indicators are sorted out. The methods suitable for cost-effectiveness analysis and decision-making are summarized. The characteristics of these methods in the analysis of equipment system and their applicability to engineering application are pointed out. An example is given to verify the effectiveness of modeling and calculation of cost-effectiveness analysis using a combination of various methods. These methods have no merits and demerits of their own and their use depends mainly on the characteristics of equipment and specific requirements and constraints.
