丙泊酚联合依托咪酯麻醉诱导对顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵起效时间及气管插管条件的影响 被引量:1

Effect of propofol combined with etomidate on onset time and tracheal intubation conditions of atracurium cis-benzenesulfonate

摘要 目的观察全麻外科手术患者应用丙泊酚联合依托咪酯麻醉诱导的效果。方法选择2017年1月-2018年7月某医院收治的全麻外科手术患者76例,采用随机数表法分为2组,各38例。对照组单用丙泊酚,观察组为依托咪酯联合丙泊酚麻醉诱导。比较2组顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵起效时间、气管插管条件。结果观察组起效时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组气管插管条件相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对全麻外科手术患者,应用丙泊酚与依托咪酯联合麻醉诱导有利于加快顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵起效。 Objective To observe the anesthetic induction effect of propofol combined with etomidate in patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery. Methods From January 2017 to July 2018, 76 patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with propofol alone, while the observation group was induced by etomidate combined with propofol. The onset time and tracheal intubation conditions of atracurium cis-benzenesulfonate were compared between the two groups.Results The effective time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in tracheal intubation conditions between the two groups(P>0.0.5).Conclusion Combined anesthesia induction with propofol and etomidate can not only provide better intubation conditions, but also accelerate the effect of atracurium cis-benzenesulfonate for patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery.
