桂枝茯苓丸联合金刚藤胶囊治疗卵巢囊肿的效果观察

Effect of Guizhi Fuling Pillcombined with Jingangteng Capsulein treatment of ovarian cyst

目的观察卵巢囊肿患者采用桂枝茯苓丸联合金刚藤胶囊治疗效果。方法将2015年1月-2016年1月来本院治疗的50例卵巢囊肿患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例。观察组患者采用桂枝茯苓丸联合金刚藤胶囊治疗,对照组患者采用桂枝茯苓丸治疗,对比2组患者治疗的效果。结果观察组患者治疗的有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的84.00%;治疗前,2组患者的卵巢囊肿直径差异甚微;治疗1个月后,观察组患者的卵巢囊肿直径为(1.42±0.82)cm,小于对照组患者的(2.23±0.83)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=3.4711,P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿患者采用桂枝茯苓丸联合金刚藤胶囊治疗的效果优于单独使用桂枝茯苓丸的效果,可以缩短药物治疗的周期,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with Jingangteng Capsule(Chinese patent medicines)in the treatment of patients with ovarian cysts. Methods A total of 50 patients with ovarian cysts were selected ina hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 and they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with 25 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group were given Guizhi Fuling Pills and Jingangteng Capsules, and the patients in the control group were given Guizhi Fuling Pill alone. The effects of two groups were evaluated and compared. Results The effective rate in the experimental group was 100.00% which was higher than that in the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05). Before the treatment, the average diameters of ovarian cysts of both groups were similar(P>0.05),but one month after the treatment, the average diameter of ovarian cysts of the experimental group was(1.42±0.82) cm, which was smaller than that of the control group [(2.23±0.83) cm](P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Guizhi Fuling Pillcombined with Jingangteng Capsulein the treatment of ovarian cyst is superior to that of Guizhi Fuling Pill alone, which can shorten the cycle of drug treatment and is worthy of popularization in clinical treatment.
