摘要
目的检测徐州地区市售食品中双酚A的含量,为研究双酚A暴露水平与人群健康之间的关系提供数据支持。方法抽取97份不同类型的食品样品,双酚A经乙腈提取后采用同位素内标-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定。结果不同类型食品中均有双酚A检出,其中罐头类食品中检出率为69. 23%,双酚A含量为18. 22μg/kg^92. 38μg/kg;包装水及饮料中检出率为70. 59%,双酚A含量为1. 19μg/kg^69. 01μg/kg;禽畜肉样品中检出率为22. 22%,双酚A含量为0. 48μg/kg^18. 65μg/kg;鱼类样品中检出率为38. 89%,双酚A含量为1. 33μg/kg^17. 48μg/kg。结论徐州市市售不同类型食品中均有双酚A检出,对不同类型食品中双酚A含量进行分析,在罐头类食品中双酚A检出率和含量范围明显高于其他种类,其他类产品中双酚A也有一定检出。
Objective To provide data support for studying the relationship between the exposure level of bisphenol A and the population’s health through the detection of bisphenol A contents in food sold in Xuzhou. Methods 97 samples of different types of food were collected and bisphenol A was extracted with acetonitrile and determined by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,the quantification was based on isotope internal standard addition method.Results Bisphenol A was detected in different foods. The detection rate of canned food was 69. 23%,and the content was within 18. 22 μg/kg-92. 38 μg/kg;the detection rate of packaged water and beverage was 70. 59%,and the content was within 1. 19 μg/kg-69. 01 μg/kg;the detection rate of livestock and poultry meat samples was 22. 22%,and the content was within 1. 19 μg/kg-69. 01 μg/kg;that of fish samples was 38. 89%,and the content was within 1. 19 μg/kg-69. 01 μg/kg.Conclusion Bisphenol A was detected and analyzed in different types of food in Xuzhou,and its detection rate and content in canned food was significantly higher than other foods.
