摘要
目的了解深圳市福田区艾滋病自愿咨询检测人群中艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒及丙型肝炎(HCV)合并感染状况。方法对2014年-2017年福田区疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊求询者进行HIV抗体、梅毒抗体和HCV抗体的检测,采用描述性流行病学方法对结果进行统计学分析。结果 3 980名咨询者中84. 07%为青壮年,高危性行为人群占92. 92%;检出HIV抗体阳性率为8. 22%,梅毒抗体阳性率为5. 90%,HCV抗体阳性率为0. 50%,男男性行为是HIV主要的感染途径,阳性所占百分比66. 05%;HIV确认阳性合并梅毒或HCV感染共计91例,合并梅毒感染所占阳性比为26. 30%,合并HCV感染占1. 22%,合并梅毒、HCV 3项感染仅1例。结论深圳市福田区近4年艾滋病疫情趋缓但仍然较重,男男性行为人群是艾滋病防控的重点人群,应扩大高危人群综合干预覆盖面,提升艾滋病防治意识,使自愿咨询检测工作在预防控制艾滋病工作中发挥更大的作用。
Objective To understand the prevalence of HIV,syphilis,and HCV infections in the HIV voluntary counseling and testing( VCT) population in Futian District,Shenzhen. Methods The antibodies of HIV,syphilis,and HCV were tested in the population visiting VCT clinic of Futian District Center for Disease Control and Prevention( Futian CDC) during 2014 and2017. The data was analyzed by the methods of descriptive epidemiology. Results Among the 3 980 visitors of HIV VCT clinic,84. 07% was young adults and 92. 92% had high risk sexual behavior. The positive rate of HIV,syphilis,and HCV antibody was 8. 22%,5. 90%,and 0. 50%,respectively. HIV was mainly infected in men who have sex with men( MSM),accounting for 66. 05%. Ninety-one cases were co-infected with HIV and syphilis or HCV. The co-infection of HIV and syphilis,HIV and HCV in the cases was 26. 30% and 1. 22%,respectively. One case was co-infected with all the three pathogens. Conclusion The prevalence of HIV in Futian District has been stable in the recent 4 years,but it still has a high disease burden. MSM is the major targeted population in the AIDS control and prevention and the intervention in the high risk population should be strengthened. Improving their preventive thoughts should be done,thus making VCT play a bigger role in the AIDS control and prevention.
