婴儿尿液、血液、配对母乳人巨细胞病毒DNA的检测结果分析

Analysis of detection results of human cytomegalovirus DNA in infant urine,blood and breast milk specimens

目的了解婴儿尿液、血液、配对母乳人巨细胞病毒(HCMV) DNA水平对婴儿HCMV感染的诊断价值。方法采用FQ-PCR技术检测301例疑似巨细胞病毒感染患儿尿液、血液、配对母乳中巨细胞病毒DNA的阳性率。结果母乳HCMV DNA阳性206例,阳性率为68. 4%,婴儿尿液阳性215例,阳性率为71. 4%;血液阳性175例,阳性率为58. 1%,3组阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。新生儿组母乳阳性率最高,阳性率高达91. 7%,其次是28 d^3个月,阳性率为70. 6%,3个月~6个月组尿液阳性率最高,达80. 8%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论不同年龄段选择不同标本检测,对提高婴幼儿巨细胞病毒感染的阳性率有重要价值。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of human cytomegalovirus DNA levels in infant urine,blood and breast milk specimens for HCMV infection in infants. Methods The positive rates of cytomegalovirus DNA in urine,blood and paired breast milk of 301 infants of suspected cytomegalovirus infection were detected by FQ-PCR. Results There were 206 positive cases of HCMV DNA in breast milk,the positive rate was 68. 4%,215 cases were positive in urine,the positive rate was71. 4%;175 cases were positive in blood,the positive rate was 58. 1%. The positive rate of the three groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The positive rate of breast milk in the neonatal group was the highest,the positive rate was as high as91. 7%,followed by 28 d-3 months,the positive rate was 70. 6%,and the positive rate of urine was the highest in the 3 months to 6 months group,reaching 80. 8%,with the differences statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The selection of samples from different ages is of great value to improve the detection rate of cytomegalovirus infection in infants.
