输血不良反应监测及其质量持续改进效果评价 被引量:2

Blood transfusion adverse reaction monitoring and effect evaluation of its continuous quality improvement

摘要 目的对临床输血产生的各种不良反应进行监测分析,提出持续改进措施,并对措施进行效果评价,尽力避免或降低输血不良反应,保障患者输血安全。方法分析2017年来每月发生的各种输血不良反应类型及其产生原因,针对性提出质量持续改进措施,并与2018年同期进行比较、评价。结果 2017年共发生输血不良反应66例,全年平均发生率为1. 08%,其中1月-5月不良反应发生率分别为1. 74%、1. 33%、1. 18%、0. 50%、0. 84%;2018年1月-5月不良反应发生率分别为0. 39%、0. 24%、0. 25%、0. 00%、0. 24%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论输血不良反应以发热和过敏为主,通过输血不良反应的监测及持续质量改进,有效地降低了输血不良反应的发生率,保障临床输血安全、有效。 Objective This paper is to monitor and analyze all the kinds of adverse reactions caused by clinical blood transfusion,propose continuous improvement measures,and evaluate the effect of measures,so as to avoid or reduce the adverse reactions of blood transfusion and ensure the safety of blood transfusion. Methods To summarize and analyze the types and causes of adverse blood transfusion reactions occurring every month since 2017,and to propose measures for continuous improvement of quality,and compare and evaluate them with the same period in 2018. Results A total of 66 cases of adverse blood transfusion reactions occurred in 2017,and the annual average was 1. 08%. The incidence of adverse reactions from January to May was respectively 1. 74%,1. 33%,1. 18%,0. 50%,0. 84%. From January to May of 2018,the incidence of adverse reactions was respectively 0. 39%,0. 24%,0. 25%,0. 00% and 0. 24%,and the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05).Conclusion Adverse reactions of blood transfusion mainly include fever and allergy,and the incidence of adverse blood transfusion reaction can be effectively reduced by the monitoring of adverse blood transfusion and continuous quality improvement,so as to ensure the safety and efficiency of clinical blood transfusion.
