2型糖尿病合并高血压、血脂异常住院患者的药学科普干预研究

Effects of Pharmaceutical Science Intervention Service in Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Hypertension and Dyslipidemia

目的:探讨药学科普干预对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并高血压、血脂异常住院患者的血糖、血压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、用药依从性等指标的影响。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照试验方法,120例T2DM合并高血压、血脂异常患者随机分为对照组和药学服务组各60例。药学服务组从入院到出院不同时期进行不同的药学服务,对照组无临床药师进行药学服务。比较两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、血压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、用药依从性等指标变化。结果:药学服务组出院FPG、2hPG、血压达标率、LDL-C达标率、用药依从性等指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对患者实施药学科普干预有显著作用,能更好的降低血糖,改善血压及血脂,提高用药依从性。

Objective: To explore the effects of the pharmaceutical science intervention on blood sugar,blood pressure,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and medication compliance in type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia.Methods: A prospective randomized controlled tria was carried outl,totally 120 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia were divided into the control group (60 cases) and pharmaceutical service group (60 cases).The pharmaceutical service group was given different pharmaceutical care from admission to discharge at different stages,and the control group was without pharmaceutical care.The indices of FPG,2h PG,blood pressure,low density lipoprotein and medication compliance were analyzed between the two groups.Results: The discharged FPG,2hPG,goal-achieving rates of blood pressure and low density lipoprotein cholesterin,medication compliance in the pharmaceutical service group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The Patient's pharmaceutical science intervention has remarkable curative effect,which can effectively reduce blood sugar,improve improve the blood pressure and blood fat and increase medication compliance.
