摘要
探讨了采用一体机一步法生产多孔166 dtex/288 f+44 dtex涤氨空包纱的主要工艺。结果表明:在一体机上生产时,涤纶的拉伸比选择1.62,上热箱温度控制在185℃,D/Y为1.70,氨纶的牵伸比为3.5,网络喷嘴采用1.6 mm带涡流腔椭圆孔,网络压力控制在0.3 MPa,机台速度为680 m/mim,可使多孔166 dtex/288 f+44 dtex涤氨空包纱生产过程稳定,产品品质可控,性能指标满足客户需求。
The main production process of 166 dtex/288 f polyester + 44 dtex Spandex wrapped yarn by integrated machine and one-step method was discussed. The results show that the production of polyester and Spandesx wrapped yarn is stable, the product quality is controllable and the properties meet customers’ needs when the draft ratio of polyester is 1.62, the upper heater temperature is 185 ℃, D/Y is 1.70,the draft ratio of Spandex is 3.5, the elliptical hole with vortex cavity of interlacing jet is 1.6 mm, interlacing pressure is 0.3 MPa, and the machine speed is 680 m/mim.
