摘要
介绍了大型空冷发电机、双水内冷发电机和调相机集电环磁极引线用的一种室温固化反应型阻燃溴化胶粘剂的研制情况,测试了阻燃型胶粘剂的机械性能和阻燃性能,并对溴化胶粘剂进行了红外光谱扫描,对固化后的胶粘剂进行了热失重分析,同时在发电机磁极引线上进行了工艺性试验。试验结果表明,阻燃型溴化胶粘剂的性能和工艺操作性良好,可替代原来胶粘剂,不仅改善了操作环境,还提高了发电机的运行可靠性。
A flame-retardant adhesive cured under room temperature for lead wiring in magnet poles of collecting ring of the large-size generators, double-water inner-cooled generator and phase modulator is introduced while its mechanical and flame-retardant features are tested and infrared spectrum scanning is done. The thermal weight loss analysis is performed on the cured adhesive while the technological test on the lead wiring in magnet poles of collecting ring of generators is conducted. The test results show that the adhesive possesses excellent characteristics and better process operability, capable of replacing the orig-inal adhesive. It not only improves operational environment but also increases operational reliability of the generators.
