摘要
以南极磷虾粗油为原料,研究其脱砷方式、脱砷工艺参数及残存砷的存在形式。结果表明,最佳活性沸石类型为钠型沸石,脱砷工艺参数为料液质量比(油与沸石) 1∶0.3、脱砷时间4 h、脱砷温度50℃。该条件处理后的南极磷虾油透明度较高,色泽较浅,品质较好;经ICP-MS检测,脱砷后的南极磷虾油中共检出6种砷化合物,其中砷甜菜碱(AsB)的含量最高,有机砷含量占总砷含量的95.69%,南极磷虾油的食用安全性高。
The crude Antarctic krill oil was used as raw material to study its arsenic removal, as well as the parameters and the existence of arsenic. The results show that the optimum process parameters for the arsenic removal are as follow: ratio of oil and zeolite 1∶0.3, removing arsenic time 4 h and removing arsenic temperature 50 ℃. The krill oil treated by the parameters above is characterized by shallow, transparent and high quality. There are 6 kinds of arsenic compound in krill oil, in which arsenobetaine is most abundant, and the content of organic arsenic compound reaches 95.69%. So, it can be concluded that the krill oil has a high quality in food security.
