分子印迹聚合物固相萃取黄毛耳草中熊果酸 被引量:1

Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Solid Phase Exaction Ursolic Acid from Herba Hedyotids Chrysotrichae

摘要 将分子印迹技术与固相萃取技术结合,分离富集黄毛耳草中熊果酸。以丙烯酸(AC)为聚合单体,在二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)交联作用下制备熊果酸印迹聚合物,通过红外光谱验证聚合物结构,通过平衡吸附试验和选择性吸附试验验证聚合物的吸附性能,将聚合物用于固相萃取填料分离黄毛耳草中熊果酸。结果表明,熊果酸与丙烯酸通过氢键发生了自组装,形成稳定复合物,印迹聚合物对熊果酸吸附能力强、选择性好,作为固相萃取填料可实现黄毛耳草中熊果酸的分离。所制备熊果酸印迹聚合物对熊果酸具有吸附特异性,可用于中药有效成分熊果酸的分离和富集。 Combined molecularly imprinted technology and solid phase exaction, separating ursolic acid from herbra hedyotids chrysotrichae. Preparing ursolic acid molecularly imprinted polymer by acroleic acid(AC) as the polymeric monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as crosslinking agent, the structure and adsorption character were analyzed by IR spectroscopy, balance adsorption test and adsorption selectivity test. The results showed, ursolic acid and acroleic acid formed compound through hydrogen bond, the polymer had remarkably specific adsorption to ursolic acid and could separate ursolic acid from herba hedyotids chrysotrichae as filler of solid phase exaction. Ursolic acid imprinted polymer could be used in extraction and separation of Chinese medicine effective constituent-ursolic acid.
