应用技术型本科高校“食品机械与设备”课程改革与实践 被引量:21

摘要 培养应用型人才是应用技术型本科高校的根本宗旨。基于"食品机械与设备"课程教学中发现的问题,结合专业"地方性、应用型、特色化"的定位,分别从混合式教学改革、理实一体教学、课程群知识链条和课程质量持续改进等方面开展的课程改革与实践进行综述,以期为"食品机械与设备"课程的建设和应用型人才的培养提供参考和借鉴。 Cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities of applied sciences meet the fundamental purpose in the present-day Chinese society. Based on the problems in the teaching of Food Machinery and Equipment course, the curriculum reform and practice in the aspects of mixed teaching reform, integrated teaching of theoretical and practical, knowledge chain of curriculum group and continuous improvement of course quality were reviewed, and the positioning of "local, application,and specialization" in undergraduate major was also be considered. The aim was to provide reference and reference for the construction of Food Machinery and Equipment course and the cultivation of applied talents.
