桂花精油特征香气成分研究 被引量:8

Study on the Aroma Active Components of Osmanthus Essential Oil

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)、气相色谱-嗅觉测量方法(GC-O)对4种不同产地桂花精油(上海桂花精油, SH;桂花CO2精油, GH;广西桂花精油, GX;广州桂花精油, GZ)的特征香气成分进行测定。利用GC-MS从4种桂花精油中共鉴定出62种香气成分,主要是酯类(16种)、醇类(13种)、萜烯类(8种)和酮类(6种)。GC-O共筛选出23种特征香气物质,上海桂花精油、桂花精油CO2、广西桂花精油、广州桂花精油分别含有8, 11, 9和12种香气活力化合物,主要包括醇类(8种)、酯类(7种)和酮类(3种)。 The aroma active components of four osmanthus oils from different regions(Shanghai osmanthus oil, SH;osmanthus oil CO2, GH;Guangxi osmanthus oil, GX;Guangzhou osmanthus oi, GZ) were analyzed by gas chromatographymass spectrometry and gas chromatography-olfactory measurement. A total of 62 aroma components were identified from four osmanthus essential oils by GC-MS, mainly including esters(16 kinds), alcohols(13 kinds), terpenes(8 kinds) and ketones(6 kinds). A total of 23 aroma active components were screened by GC-O, mainly including alcohols(8 kinds), esters(7 kinds)and ketones(3 kinds). The results showed that 8, 9, 11 and 12 kinds aroma active components were detected in SH, GH, GX and GZ samples.
