Conscious Knowledge Spillover in an Innovation Cluster: Conceptual Definition, Measurement and Innovation Promotion Mechanism

本文基于创新集群中独特的知识生产和知识联结的组织情境,运用质性与量化相结合的研究方法,从企业动机出发,通过多组访,谈从当前知识溢出实践中萃取、提炼出企业有意识知识溢出的概念内涵,并与文献推演相结合构建结构维度,通过预测式与正式问卷获得数据,实证检验开发量表的有效性。研究发现,有意识的知识溢出在创新集群中大量存在,是意愿与行为过程的统一,完整的有意识的知识溢出过程包括溢出意愿、溢出准备和溢出行为效果三个核心要素。根据实证分析结果,研究提出了促进创新集群发展的政策建议。

Based on the unique organizational situation of knowledge production and knowledge linkages in innovation clusters, this paper uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to extract and refine the conceptual connotation of enterprise conscious knowledge spillover from the current knowledge spillover practice phenomena through multiple groups of interviews, and constructs the structural dimension by combining with literature deduction, and through forecasting test and formal questioning. Volume data were obtained to verify the validity of the development scale. It is found that conscious knowledge spillover exists in a large number of innovation clusters, which is the unity of willingness and behavior process. The complete conscious knowledge spillover process includes three core elements: spillover willingness, spillover preparation and spillover behavior effect. According to the results of empirical analysis, the study puts forward policy recommendations to promote the development of innovation clusters.
