Differences of the Planning of Intelligent Systems in Business Complex

商业综合体是出于城市土地资源高度集约需要而产生的时代产物,对其多元的业态类型,作为支撑体系的智能化系统工程在设计规划上也有不同的侧重点。本文将从商业综合体运营、管理、服务三个角度,列举商业、酒店、办公三种业态,对比各业态智能化系统规划存在的差异性。

Commercial complex is a product of the times, which is generated from the highly intensive need of urban land resources. As a supporting system, the intelligent system engineering has different emphasis in design and planning for its multiple business types. This paper will enumerate three types of business, hotel and office from three perspectives of operation, management and service of business complex, and compare the differences of intelligent system planning in each type of business.
