摘要 基础医学教学是高等医学院校教学的重要组成部分,基础医学教育与临床相结合对医学生实际运用能力、科研创新思维的培养至关重要,传统案例教学作为基础医学与临床教育的桥梁,提升了学习医学基础知识的靶向性和兴趣性,但束缚了医学生个性和创新的发展。MOOC作为一种在线课程教学模式,打破了传统的教学模式,掀起了教学方法和理念的改革。在这种背景下,文章依托整合医学理念下医学基础课程的教学改革,探讨了高等医学院校在基础医学教学中MOOC教学与传统案例教学(CMT)相联合的新型教学模式,充分发挥教育信息化在整合医学教育教学中的应用,为更好地促进数字化、个性化、多元化教学提供建议和方法。 Preclinical medicine teaching is an important part of teaching in higher medical colleges. The combination of Preclinical medicine education and clinical practice is very important for the cultivation of medical students’ practical ability and scientific research. Traditional case-method teaching,as a bridge between preclinical medicine and clinical education,has enhanced the targeting and interest of learning basic knowledge of medicine,but has tied the development of medical students’ personality and innovation. MOOC as an online course teaching model,breaks the traditional teaching model,sets off the teaching methods and ideas of reform. In this context,based on the integration of medical philosophy under the basic teaching of medical reform,this article discusses the new teaching mode of MOOC combined with the traditional CMT in the preclinical medicine teaching,and fully exerts the application of educational informatization in the teaching of integrating medical education,in order to better promote the digital,personalized, diversified teaching to provide advice and methods.
