基于MicroNIR的小麦粉品质在线检测系统设计

摘要 小麦粉生产工厂多采用离线方式分析产品的品质,造成产品质量分析数据滞后于生产过程,导致人力和物力资源浪费等问题,研究设计了微型近红外小麦粉品质在线检测系统。以MicroNIR-2200微型近红外光谱仪和S3C2416开发板为核心,以小麦粉为研究对象,以水分、灰分和面筋含量作为检测指标,设计并搭建了基于近红外光谱分析技术的小麦粉品质在线检测系统,该系统主要包括在线光谱采集系统的硬件、软件部分和光谱建模分析软件的设计。通过模拟在线装置和实验测试,验证了基于近红外光谱的小麦粉品质在线快速检测系统的可行性。 In order to solve the problem that the wheat flour production factory uses the off-line method to analyze the quality of the product,causing the product quality analysis data to lag behind the production process,resulting in waste of manpower and material resources,a miniature near-infrared wheat flour quality online detection system was designed.Taking MicroNIR-2200 micro-near-infrared spectrometer and S3C2416 development board as the core,the wheat flour of Guchuan wheat flour mill was taken as the research object,and the moisture,ash and gluten content were used as the detection indexes.The quality of wheat flour based on near-infrared spectroscopy was designed and built.Online detection system,which mainly includes the hardware,software part and spectral modeling analysis software design of online spectral acquisition system.The feasibility of on-line rapid detection system of wheat flour quality based on near-infrared spectroscopy was verified by simulating online devices and experimental tests.
