试论70年来新中国外交的主要特点

On the Main Features of New China’s Diplomacy in the Past 70 Years

新中国外交在中国共产党的领导下走过了70年的光辉历程,其实践内容极为丰富,其经验启示十分宝贵,形成了独具中国特色的六大特点:一是始终坚决捍卫和有序拓展国家利益;二是始终追求和平外交政策,探索和平发展道路;三是顺应时代潮流、伸张国际正义和履行国际责任三位一体;四是坚持从世情国情党情出发,完善中国特色大国外交;五是外交服务祖国统一大业目标明确,涉台、涉藏、涉疆外交地位突出;六是新中国外交逐步走向全方位、全领域,外交制度、决策机制不断加强、规范和完善。本文就上述特点逐一进行分析,以期对习近平新时代中国特色社会主义外交思想研究有所贡献。

The new China’s diplomacy has gone through a glorious journey of 70 years under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, with rich content in practice, and precious value in experience, inspiration and theory, forming six main features with Chinese characteristics: firstly, it resolutely defends and expands the national interests in an orderly manner;secondly, it pursues a foreign policy of peace and explores a path of peaceful development;thirdly, it follows the trend of the times, upholds international justice and fulfills international responsibilities;fourthly, it sticks to improve the major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics based on the world situations, the national conditions and the Party’s status;fifthly, it has a clear goal of serving the mission of reunification of the motherland, paying special attention to issues related to Taiwan, Tibet and Xinjiang;lastly, it has gradually been carried out in an all-dimensional and allround way, with the diplomatic system and decision-making mechanism improved, strengthened and normalized. This paper tries to analyze the above features one by one in order to contribute to the study of Xi Jinping thought on diplomacy on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
