Journalism in the 5G Era

5G技术将对传统的新闻业构成新一轮更为猛烈的冲击。本文展望在此次冲击之下,新闻将发展出更为平衡的、技术具身性、交往理性的新闻观念,新闻场域也将重组,新闻自主性的削弱之势进一步加强,新闻组织方式将发生改变,新闻竞争将从时效转为场景。在此过程中,新闻伦理方面如真实性问题、隐私问题和感官性问题将更为突出而需积极应对。

The 5 G technology will bring a stronger round of shock to the traditional journalism. This article looks into journalism in the 5 G era, which tends to feature more balanced concept of technology embodiment and communicative rationality, weakened autonomy and different pattern of organization. The competition of journalism will shift from timeliness to scenario. In this process,the issues of journalism ethics such as authenticity, privacy and sensuality will be more prominent and shall be effectively tackled.
