玉米矮秆突变体A2的表型鉴定及转录组分析 被引量:6

摘要 玉米矮秆突变体A2由PH6WC经EMS诱变获得,对该突变体进行表型鉴定、遗传分析、GA3敏感性和转录组分析。结果表明,A2较其野生型株高显著降低10.13%,节间数减少和节间长度缩短,从而导致植株矮化;A2突变表型受单隐性基因控制;A2对赤霉素敏感,外源GA3可恢复其表型。转录组分析发现,共有74个差异表达基因(DEGs)。KEGG分析表明,这些DEGs显著富集在类胡萝卜素合成通路、戊糖和葡萄糖酸盐相互转化等通路上。 A2 was identified by EMS treatment of PH6WC.Phynotyping,genetic analysis,exogenous GA3 sensitivity and transcriptome analysis were performed.The results showed that the plant height of A2 decreased significantly by 10.13%due to fewer internodes number and shorter internodes.The dwarf trait was controlled by a single recessive gene.A2 was sensitive to exogenous GA3 which could recover plant height phenotype of A2 mutant.A total of 74 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified by transcriptome sequecing.KEGG analysis showed that 74 DEGs classified into 4 pathways,including carotenoid biosynthesis,pentose and glucuronate interconversions and glycerophospholipid metabolism,etc.
