The intention and fundamental purpose of establishing the intellectual property system is to stimulate investment in innovation, strengthen the application and spread of innovation, and promote economic growth and social and economic development. In the context of a new round of scientific and technological revolution, optimizing the protection and application mechanism of intellectual property rights while keeping up with the times is an important task for increasing their economic contribution, and is also our common responsibility to continuously improve the social well-being of the human community with shared destiny.
