加味普济消毒饮治疗急性咽喉炎的疗效

目的探讨加味普济消毒饮治疗急性咽喉炎的效果及对患者肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法2015年9月至2018年4月急性咽喉炎(热毒雍盛型)患者80例,随机分为2组。对照组40例采用西医常规治疗,观察组40例联合加味普济消毒饮治疗,两组均治疗1周。比较两组临床疗效差异。结果治疗后观察组体温恢复正常时间、白细胞恢复正常时间及咽痛、咳痰、异物感、咽部红肿等症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率100.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急性咽喉炎患者联合加味普济消毒饮治疗效果显著,可促进临床症状改善,抑制炎症反应,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Puji disinfectant decoction on acute laryngitis and its efiects on tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (11-6 ) and c-reactive protein ( CRP ). Methods From September 2015 to April 2018, 80 patients with acute laryngitis (severe heat toxicity type ) were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with modified modified Piiji disinfectant decoction. Both groups were treated for 1 week.The differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the recovery time of body temperature, white blood cells, pharyngeal pain, expectoration, foreign body sensation and pharyngeal redness in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05 ). After treatment, the levek of TNF-α, CRP and 11-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05 ).The total effective rate in the observation group was 100.00%, higher than that in the control group ( 77.50%), and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion The treatment of acute laryngitis patients combined with modified modified Puji disinfectant decoction has a significant effect, which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and inhibit the inflammatory reaction.
