阴道及腹部彩色多普勒超声检查在腹腔妊娠中的诊断价值

目的探讨阴道及腹部彩色多普勒超声检查在腹腔妊娠中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析9例手术及病理诊断为腹腔妊娠患者的超声诊断结果及临床资料.结果手术及病理诊断9例腹腔妊娠中,术前超声诊断腹腔妊娠8例,输卵管妊娠1例,误诊1例。结论彩色多普勒超声检查是诊断腹腔妊娠有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of transabdomial and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal pregnancy. Methods Ultrasonongraphy was performed in 9 patients with abdnominal pregnancy.The abdominal pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasound preoperatively combined with the postoperative results were analyzed retrospectively. Results All of 9 cases were confirmed to be the abdominal pregnancy, 8 of 9 cases diagnosed by ultrasound preoperatively, however 1 case was missed. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound is an effective and simple method to diagnose abdominal pregnancy.
