摘要 针对电缆护套材料的老化问题,借鉴生物体自行愈合创伤的机制和功能,通过在绝缘材料(聚丙烯酸酯)中引入主客体超分子作用力赋予材料自修复的性能,成功开发了一种可在老化损伤后自行修复的电缆护套材料Poly-CD-PHEA,对该新型材料进行机械强度、体积电阻率、氧指数以及自修复性能等测试。结果表明:研制的材料具有良好的抗拉性能、绝缘性能、阻燃性以及热稳定性,同时具有良好的自修复性能。自修复性能使材料老化产生裂纹等绝缘故障时,能自主修复损伤3次以上,使机械强度恢复80%以上,体积电阻率恢复90%以上,延长了材料的使用寿命,减少了电缆绝缘故障的发生。 Aiming at the ageing problem of cable sheath material, drawing lesson from the mechanism and function of self healing wounds in organisms, a cable sheath material Poly-CD-PHEA, which can repair itself after ageing damage, was developed successfully by introducing the host-guest supermolecule into the insulating material(polyacrylate). The mechanical strength, volume resistivity, oxygen index, and self-healing properties of the new material were tested. The results show that the material has good tensile properties, insulating properties, flame retardancy, and thermal stability, as well as good self healing properties. When there are cracks in the material because of ageing, the material can repair the damage more than 3 times autonomously, the mechanical strength can be restored more than 80%, and the volume resistivity can be restored more than 90%, which can prolong the service life of material,and reduce the occurrence of cable insulation faults.
