摘要 二苄基二硫醚(DBDS)是一种腐蚀性的有机硫化物,能与变压器中的铜导线反应生成导电性比绝缘油和绝缘纸高得多的硫化亚铜,从而威胁变压器的安全运行。脱除变压器绝缘油中的二苄基二硫醚,可以从根本上解决腐蚀性有机硫化物对变压器铜导线腐蚀的问题。本文通过在多孔状壳聚糖材料上负载聚乙二醇-氢氧化钠试剂制备出新型的脱硫材料,研究了该脱硫材料的负载量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对脱除变压器绝缘油中二苄基二硫醚效果的影响。结果表明:该壳聚糖脱硫材料脱除变压器绝缘油中二苄基二硫醚的效果好、速度快,经过处理后的油品色度低,能重复利用。 Dibenzyl disulfide(DBDS) is a corrosive organic sulfur. It can react with the copper wire in transformer and form cuprous sulfide whose conductivity is much higher than that of insulating oil and insulating paper, which would threaten the safe operation of transformer. Removing the dibenzyl disulfide in transformer insulating oil can solve the corrosion problem of corrosive organic sulfide for transformer copper wire fundamentally. In this paper, a new desulfurization material was prepared by loading polyethylene glycol-sodium hydroxide reagent on the porous chitosan material. The effects of the loading capacity of desulfurization material, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the removal effect of dibenzyl disulfide were investigated. The results show that the chitosan desulfurization material has the advantages of good effect and high speed for removing dibenzyl disulfide. The treated oil has low chroma and can be reused.
