广东省东部地区医院信息化发展现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Development Status of Hospital Informatization in the Eastern Area of Guangdong Province

分析当前广东省东部地区医院信息化建设和发展现状,为探索适合我国医院信息化建设模式提供参考。采用系统抽样的方式,对广东省东部地区45家医院展开问卷调查,采用SAS 8.2进行数据统计分析。结果显示,广东省东部地区在信息化建设资金投入、信息化建设人才和设备配备、信息系统建设、信息安全和标准化建设等方面存在不足。鉴于此,提出医院信息化建设要从制定标准规范、重视信息化建设、多渠道筹集资金、培养信息化人才、强化职能监管等方面着手,从而全面提升医院信息化发展水平。

The hospital informatization construction and development status in the eastern area of Guangdong Province is analyzed,and reference is provided for exploring the mode of hospital informatization construction suitable for China. A questionnaire survey is made on 45 hospitals in the eastern area of Guangdong Province by systematic sampling. SAS 8.2 is used for statistical analysis of data.The results show that the eastern area of Guangdong Province has deficiencies in aspects such as capital investment in informatization construction, talents and equipment allocation for informatization construction, information system construction, information security and standardization construction. Therefore, it is proposed that in the construction of hospital informatization we should formulate standards and rules, attach importance to informatization construction, raise funds through multiple channels, cultivate informatization talents, strengthen the functional supervision, etc., so as to comprehensively improve the development level of hospital informatization.
