全民健康信息化数据质控体系研究

Research on Data Quality Control System of Population Health Informatization

目的:研究全民健康信息化的数据质控体系,从数据采集源头提高数据质量,提高平台采集和归档的数据质量,为数据的有效利用和充分挖掘提供支撑。方法:采用前置数据质控及多规则业务质控的方法,对平台采集的数据进行多维度联合分析,及时发现可能存在的数据质量问题,并进行反馈与改进。结果:建立了一套适用的全民健康信息化数据质控体系,并在江西省进行应用与实践,数据质量逐步提升。结论:通过建立基于业务条线的数据质控体系,可以有效提高全民健康信息化的数据质量。

Objective: To improve the data quality of population health information platform, this paper research the data quality control system of population health informatization, improving the data quality from the source of data collection, in order to provide support for effective utilization and full mining of data. Methods: Multi-dimensional joint analysis was conducted on the data collected by the platform by adopting the method of quality control based on multi-rule business lines. In this way, possible data quality problems can be found, and feedback and improvement were able to be conducted. Results: A set of applicable population health information data quality control system was established, and applied and practiced in population health informatization in Jiangxi province, and the data quality was improved gradually. Conclusion: Establishing data quality control system based on multi-rule business lines can effectively improve the data quality of population health informatization.
