大数据背景下医护人员信息获取途径及影响因素分析

Analysis of Accesses to Information and Influencing Factors of Medical Staffs under the Background of Big Data

目的:了解医护人员信息获取能力及途径,分析相关影响因素,为促进医护人员信息素养提升提供指导。方法:采用自制的调查问卷收集医护人员基本信息,并调查其中外信息精确检索能力及文献信息获取途径等情况。结果:最终获得的822份有效问卷中,医护人员中文数据库检索信息的准确率为48.18%,外文数据库检索信息的准确率为45.01%,单篇论文精确检索正确率为39.05%。信息获取途径上,医院人员去知网、万方等中文数据库搜索获取文献信息的比例最高,占比为64.96%。学历及工作年限均对医护人员信息能力及信息获取途径有显著影响(P<0.05),且护士与医生相比信息能力较低(P<0.05)。结论:大数据背景下医护人员信息能力处于较低水平,学历、工作年限均是其影响因素。医院应积极开展相关培训,以提高医护人员信息获取能力。

Objective: To understand the ability and accesses to information of medical staffs and analyze the relevant influencing factors, so as to provide guidance for promoting the improvement of information literacy of medical staffs. Methods: Self-made questionnaires were issued to collect the basic information of medical staffs, information retrieval strategies, the accurate retrieval ability of Chinese and foreign information and accesses to literature information. Results: Among the 822 finally obtained valid questionnaires,the accuracy of retrieval information in Chinese database was 48.18%, of retrieval information in foreign language database was45.01%, and of accurate retrieval of a single paper was 39.05%. In terms of information access, the proportion of medical staffs who searched for literature information in HowNet and Wanfang database was the highest(64.96%). Education level and years of working had obvious effect on ability and accesses to information of medical staff(P <0.05), and the ability of nurses was lower than doctors(P<0.05). Conclusion: Under the background of big data, the ability of medical staff to acquire information is at a low level, and the education level and years of working are the influencing factors. The hospital should actively carry out relevant training to improve the information acquisition ability of medical staffs.
