Functions and Application of the Emergency Specialist Information System

目的:通过数字化急诊专科解决方案,规范医院急诊科管理,提高急诊诊治效率,保证急诊的医疗质量。方法:设计急诊临床信息系统,形成以分诊导诊为指引,以患者行为跟踪为核心的闭环管理,建立结构化快速电子病历。结果:系统通过对预检分诊、抢救、留观环节的数据采集,形成专科特色的质控分析,保证急诊医疗质量。结论:急诊临床信息系统提高了急诊医务人员的工作效率,缩短了抢救病人在急诊科的处置时间,能够为医务人员的诊疗质量提供支持。

Objective: Through the digital emergency specialist solution, standardize the management of emergency department, improve the efficiency of emergency diagnosis and treatment, and ensure the quality of emergency medical care. Methods: Design an emergency clinical information system, form a closed-loop management based on the guidance of triage guidance and patient behavior tracking, and establish a structured rapid electronic medical record. Results: Through the data collection of pre-triage, rescue and observation links, the system forms quality control analysis of specialty characteristics to ensure the quality of emergency medical treatment. Conclusion: The emergency clinical information system improves the efficiency of the emergency medical staff, shortens the treatment time of the rescue patients in the emergency department, and can provide support for the medical personnel’s diagnosis and treatment quality.
